homelessness and substance abuse recovery at an
emergency shelter opportunities to creatively meet their
physiological, safety, love and belonging, esteem,
cognitive, aesthetic, self-actualization, and transcendence
needs through artist-centered art therapy. Practical
applications are discussed.
