Used in tandem, they can facilitate profound and effective healing.

Diana Sabados, MA, LCPC, LCPAT, LPC, ATR-BC, ATCS, ACS, received her Master of Arts in Art Therapy from the George Washington University and has a Post-Masters Certificate in Clinical Community Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. As a licensed art therapist and counselor, she has provided individual and group art therapy services for children, adolescents, adults and families in psychoeducational, medical, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric, group home, recovery, home-based, residential and private practice settings. 

Diana’s theoretical approach is person-centered, using the strengths-based and mindfulness Internal Family Systems (IFS) model of therapy. She founded and currently practices at Mosaic Therapy Services, LLC where she supports individuals dealing with anxiety, mood, stressful life transitions, and trauma-related issues using art therapy combined with IFS. Diana has held several positions on the Board of the Potomac Art Therapy Association including President. She has served on the Conference Program and Ethics Committees of the American Art Therapy Association as well as Recorder for the Assembly of Chapters. In addition, she has served on the Certification Committee for the Art Therapy Credentials Board as a member and Chair. She currently teaches in the Graduate Art Therapy Program at the George Washington University. In her free-time, Diana enjoys crocheting, jewelry making, and portraiture.
