Follow the steps below to locate your Monthly Learning Series (MLS) session, complete the required continuing education steps, and retrieve your Continuing Education Certificate (CEC) through the Online Learning Academy (OLA).

Step 1: Log Into Your Account

Log into your MyAATA account profile and select the Continuing Education button to access the Online Learning Academy (OLA).

You may also access the OLA directly at: https://at-institute.arttherapy.org/

If accessing the OLA directly, select Log In at the top-right corner of the page.

Step 2: Open Your Dashboard

Once you are logged into the OLA, select Dashboard from the menu on the left side of the screen.

Step 3: Locate Your MLS Session

From your Dashboard, locate the Monthly Learning Series (MLS) session for which you would like to claim continuing education credit.

If needed, use the page navigation at the bottom of the Dashboard to browse through your available sessions.

Please note: Newly added MLS sessions will generally appear on the last page of your Dashboard.

Step 4: Complete the Quality Assessment

Within the session, select Session – Quality Assessment, then click the yellow Fill Out Survey button.

Complete and submit the Quality Assessment.

Once completed, your Continuing Education Certificate will become available to claim.

Step 5: Claim Your Credits

Select the option to claim your continuing education credit.

You may be given the option to include a credential or license number on your certificate. If desired, enter the applicable information, such as your ATR credential number.

Once your selections are complete, select View/Print Your Certificate.

Step 6: Save Your Continuing Education Certificate

When your certificate opens in a new window, select Print This Page.

     

You will then have the option to print your certificate or save it as a PDF.

We recommend saving your certificate as a PDF for your records and for easy submission to your credentialing or licensing organization when needed.
